About Steve
I am Steve Jupp, based in Eastbourne and I have been renovating, decorating and generally repairing houses for the last 30+ years. These have mainly been our own properties, and over the years, with many projects under my belt, I have acquired a large range of general skills. With this experience and my attention to detail, I am now in a unique and delightful position to be able to offer my services and knowledge to the people of my own town.

PRICES
In an effort to keep things simple, because that’s what life should be! I offer some fixed costs for simple jobs and hourly and daily rates for other jobs that you’ve been putting off for too long.
I am more than happy to give a free estimate for some of those tricky and larger projects so give me a call, text or email and we can arrange a time to come and take a look.
Flat Rate Costs
Putting up a Shelf: £20 for the first one, £10 per shelf thereafter.
Putting up a light fitting: £25 each
Putting up a blind or curtain pole: £25 each
Flat Pack Furniture: £25 per item (up to 2 items) Hourly rate thereafter, unless its a huge item then it’s negotiable!
Hourly and Daily Rates
Call Out: £40 per hour (Charged in 15mins intervals) so if your job only takes 30 mins that’s only £20*!
Hourly Rate: £25 per hour (£30ph UK Average)
Daily Rate: £185 (0830-1600hrs)
Larger Jobs quoted as per estimate.
*£3 suppliment for EastDean, Westham, Pevensey and Polegate if less than 1 hour.
